Where is The Cascades located?

We are located at Kg Ulu Bendul in Kuala Pilah district in Negeri Sembilan. You can reach us via Senawang within 15 minutes or Kuala Pilah within 20 minutes.

Can I drive and park on site?

We are located on a hillside plot next to a forest reserve around 800m from the main road. The access road is approximately 400m tarmac, 200m crusher run and another 200m cement road. The last 200m cement road is a bit steep so careful driving is advised. We also recommend cars such as Velfire etc and lowered Sedan to park at lower praking and get our pickup service.

How far is it from the parking to the decks/kitchen/waterfall?

The distance is around 90m and there is a pavement that you can take to reach there.

Do you provide charcoal?

We don't provide charcoal but you can purchase from our kiosk.

Is there any hot shower?

Yes, one bathroom with hot shower facilities.

Do we need to bring back our own trash?

No the price is already inclusive of rubbish management, we will take care for you.

Is there any plugpoint that we can use?

Yes there are plugpoints on the deck as well as in the kitchen and available 24/7 and inclusive in the package.

Are pets allowed?

We have no pet policy on the campsite.

How many tents can fit and how do you secure the tent Deck peg?

You may refer to our deck measurements and compare against your tent size since there are a lot of brands, shapes and sizes. Our decks are made from wooden planks you can use hook screws (we can also lend) as pegs or also use the existing hooks on the decks to tie your rope.

How is the Mobile coverage and is there any wifi service?

Generally the mobile coverage and 4G connection is good and acceptable at certain spots. We do not provide wifi service at the premise.

What is the earliest check-in time?

Check-in time is at 9am, and check-out time is latest by 5pm. After check out, all guests are required to exit from the site to allow for housekeeping work.

Can I recce the room / house before booking?

The site is open for visit/recce subject to availability. Please book your slot for your visit.

Is there any eatery outlet/food stalls?

No. There is no outlet or food stalls sold at the site. But we have Kiosk selling merchandise and your basic needs.

What kitchen utensils does the kitchen have?

The kitchen is equipped with cookware for simple cooking and making packet coffee only.

Can we have BBQ or steamboat?

Yes

Are fruits included in the package?

Fruits are not included but can be bought separately during the fruit season

What is the maximum no of pax?

At the moment we recommend 30 pax to have the most comfortable experience.

Any snakes, mosquitoes/insects or precautions that we should be aware of as we might bring kids along?

 So far, we have not had any animal-related accidents. As a measure to protect you from mosquito bites, we provide mosquito coils. Please bring along your own insect repellent.
