Reservations

1.1. How can I make a reservation?

Please Whatsapp us to make your reservation.

1.2. Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You can modify your reservation 7 days before the reseravations start date by contacting our customer support team. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.

Campsite Information

2.1. What amenities are included with the campsite?

Each campsite includes a designated space, picnic table, and access to shared bathroom facilities.

Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is at 9am, and check-out time is latest by 5pm. After check out, all guests are required to exit from the site to allow for housekeeping work.

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

Facilities and Amenities

4.1. Are there bathroom facilities available?

Yes, we provide shared bathroom facilities equipped with toilets, sinks, and showers.

4.2. Is there potable water available?

Yes, potable water is available at designated locations throughout the campground.
